The Scientific Committee of CTU functions as an advisory committee to the Rector on issues related to planning, curriculum development, and scientific research at the University. The committee is composed of scientists, deans, and department directors.

In addition, CTU has other specialized committees, such as the Salary Committee, Title Granting Committee, Undergraduate and Postgraduate Admission Committee, Professor and Associate Professor Title Granting Committee, Student Assessment Committee, Punishment Committee, Award Granting Committee.
