The GMSTEC Director's Visit to CTU

Director of Greater Mekong Subregion Tertiary Education Consortium, Dr. Jeff Howe visited Can Tho University (CTU) on August 26, 2009.

Dr. Le Viet Dung, Vice Rector for International Relations received the delegation. Mr. J. Howe introduced some programs of cooperation between the GMSTEC and CTU and proposed an exchange program in 2010. He also talked about the possibilities of projects concerning climate change problems.

On behalf of Can Tho University, Dr. Le Viet Dung expressed his pleasure of the cooperation between GMSTEC and CTU. The two sides also agrees that the GMSTEC conference will be held in Can Tho University in September, 2009.
