Rouen University (UR-Republic of France) promised to admit the students graduating from bilingual training programs in CTU ( Information Technology, Food Technology and Law) for Master courses within the framework of Mekong 1000 Project.

This was the outcome of the meeting between Assoc. Prof. Nguyen Anh Tuan (CTU) and Mr. Philippe Lane, Vice President of UR in July, 2007.

Both of the parties will sign the Memorandum of Understanding in the future. UR will be the first French institution that corporates with Can Tho University in Master courses of Mekong 1000 Project.
