Laboratory of aquatic diseases: This laboratory is consisted of a series of working rooms, which are specialized on parasitology, fungi and histopathology; bacteriology; bio-technology and shrimp seed diagnostics. This laboratory is well equipped with modern instruments (e.g. such as PCR, real time PCR, sequencer, ultra centrifuge, auto-staining system, microstomes, micro-plate reader, multiple view microscopy system, contrast microscopes,…). The laboratory is used for research and training of students and services on aquatic organism diseases, genetics and others (Contact person: Ms. Tran Thi Tuyet Hoa, ttthoa@ctu.edu.vn)..

Laboratory of aquatic nutrition: This laboratory is equipped with modern instruments (Keldahl system, UV oven, lipid extraction system, boom calorimeter,…) for analysis of feed composition such as protein, lipid, fiber, energy, ash,…  with high level of accuracy. Laboratory of aquatic physiology and toxicology: the laboratory is equipped with microplate reader, UV spectrophotometer, HPLC, electrophoresis, osmometer,… The laboratory is capable for analysis of aquatic organism enzymes, osmolarity, hormone,… (Contact person: Nguyen Thi Huong Thuy, nththuy@ctu.edu.vn).

Laboratory of aquatic food safety: equipped with new model LC/MS/MS. This laboratory is recently used for research and training. Laboratory of Water and Sediments: equipped with modern equipments such as Kjedalh, Spectrophotometer, Ion Chromatography, Dianalysis systems... for analyzing more than 30 parameters of water and sediments with high accuracy including TAN, NH₄⁺, NH₃, NO₂^-, NO₃^-, PO₄^3-, TKN, BOD, COD, TSS, OSS, TDS, TOC, TKN, TN, TP, Chlorophyll-a, Cl^- , SO₄^2-, PO₄^3-, Fe²⁺, Fe³⁺, F^-, Cl^-, Br^-, etc... for training, research projects and services (contact person: Dr. Truong Quoc Phu, tqphu@ctu.edu.vn) 

Laboratory of Aquatic Botany and Zoology: specializing on quantitative and qualitative analyses of phytoplankton, zooplankton and zoobenthos as well as studying on taxonomy of fish and crustaceans (contact person: Dr. Vu Ngoc Ut,  vnut@ctu.edu.vn)
