Master
programs
The master of aquaculture program
offered at CAF is a 3-year part-time program. It includes 84
credits covering three blocks of knowledge. The students will take
general subjects (philosophy, basic and professional English,
informatics, scientific research approaches,…); advanced
professional subjects (physiology, nutrition, genetics and
selective breeding, water quality management, induced breeding
techniques, inland and coastal aquaculture systems,…); and related
subjects (aquaculture economics, aquatic resource assessment and
management, planning for aquaculture development, seminars,…).
Students have to work for thesis research by the third year of the
program.
