The AAP2 students have finished the Aquaculture Production course from 30th December, 2011 to 08th January, 2012. The course were taught by Dr. Daniels (AU) and guided by Dr. Lan (CAF). In this course, there are five students (one Vietnamese master & four American bachelors) from Auburn and five Cambodian students. Therefore, this was a chance for AAP2 students to communicate in English with American students. Besides, they also interchanged interested information and got enjoyable moments together.
In last semester, we had chances to visit Dong Thap and Bac Lieu provinces to see by eyes culture model of Pangasius catfish at QVD Dong Thap Co.,Ltd and shrimp culture model at Vietnam – Australia Company. Thanks to these fieldtrips, we did not only know the process and requirements to get B.A.P certification but also rigorous techniques needed to achieve the best quality products
