• Firstly, You can apply e-visa by yourself through the website www.visa-vietnam.org.
• Secondly, You need visa arrangement from Can Tho University. If that, please build up listed below information and send to Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Lien by email: ntnlien@ctu.edu.vn.
The document needs to be specified:
- The Guest’s personal information in passport as following:
+ Name, Surname (as in passport)
+ Gender
+ Birth date
+ Nationality (current nationality)
+ Passport number
- Reasons/purposes of working guests.
- The guest’s job and organization in which the guest is working for.
- Place of receiving visa arranging.
- Payment for the guest’s working time.
- The guest’s working duration.
- Types of immigration ( single or multiple entry).
- The guest’s working schedule in Viet Nam.
* Note: It takes 20 days for process of visa application. So, all information above should be submitted to Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Lien at least 20 days before your entry.
